Modo Yoga
Modo yoga - the original series - is a dynamic practice that blends breath and movement in a heated studio to detoxify, strengthen, and open the entire body. The class includes 34 postures and is accessible to beginners while offering a challenge to advanced practitioners.
Warm Pilates
A warm Pilates class is a refreshing blend of core-strengthening exercises while bathing in the luxurious heat coming from the far infrared panels. It's a fantastic way to sculpt and lengthen your muscles while promoting flexibility and balance. The warm environment helps you relax, deepen your stretches, and feel revitalized. Hot 26 Hour (Bikram Yoga)
Turn up the heat with this 60 minute condensed classic Bikram sequence, focusing on alignment, stamina and breath.
Hot Yin
Hot yin yoga blends prolonged stretches with heat therapy to gently challenge and open the body, fostering circulation and deep relaxation. Its passive postures facilitate profound release, relieving stored tension as well as renewal of the fascia. Our custom designed Infared heated room is heated between 95 and 105 degrees based on teacher preference and class type
